The princes joined forces in a game against a team from Audi, the sponsors of the annual event, which was held at Cowarth Park Polo Club in Ascot.
Prince William and Prince Harry, who both played on the Audi Quattro team, narrowly beat Audi Ultra.
More than 200 special guests were invited, including actors Russell Crowe, Gemma Arterton and Tom Hardy, among them.
This year marks the tenth anniversary of the Audi Polo Challenge, which has raised more than £1.4 million in the last decade, with money raised to go to charities supported by both Prince William and Prince Harry.
